These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zupp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Zupp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zupp app provided by Mohamed Shili ("we", "us", "our"). If you have any questions about these Terms, you can contact us at zuppfriends.app@proton.me.
You may use Zupp only if you:
• Are at least 13 years old (or older if required by the laws of your country), and
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or have your parent or legal guardian's consent if you are a minor.
If you are using the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you are not eligible to use the Service.
To use Zupp, you must create an account or sign in through a supported authentication provider (such as Google or Apple). You agree to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information,
• Keep your login credentials secure, and
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
Zupp is a social discovery app that helps people find and connect with new friends online. Users can create a profile, swipe on other users, send and receive friend requests, exchange messages, and use in-app features such as likes, super likes, bulk likes, daily rewards, challenges, and virtual gems.
Zupp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Snap Inc., Snapchat, or any other third-party platform. Any references to third-party services (such as Snapchat usernames) are for identification purposes only.
We may add, modify, or remove features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of major changes that significantly affect how you use the Service.
You agree to use Zupp responsibly and not to:
• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse any person.
• Share or request nude, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content, especially involving minors.
• Post or share content that is hateful, violent, discriminatory, or illegal.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity (for example, by using fake photos or fake ages).
• Use the Service for scams, spam, phishing, promotions, or unsolicited advertising.
• Attempt to bypass safety features, create multiple accounts to avoid blocks, or manipulate the system (likes, challenges, rewards) in unauthorized ways.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Service in ways not provided by our official app or website.
We may review user activity when we have a legitimate reason to do so (for example, when a user is reported). We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.
You are responsible for the content you share on Zupp, including photos, profile information, messages, and any other material ("User Content"). You must have the necessary rights to post this content, and it must not infringe on anyone else's rights.
By posting User Content on Zupp, you grant Zupp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You can delete your content at any time from the app, and we will stop displaying it publicly. However, copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited period, or where required by law or for safety and moderation purposes.
Zupp includes tools to help keep your experience safe, such as blocking and reporting:
• You can block other users. When you block someone, they cannot interact with you through the app.
• You can report users or content that you believe violates these Terms or the law (for example, harassment, fake profiles, or inappropriate content).
We review reports using a combination of automated systems and human moderation. We may take actions such as warning users, temporarily restricting accounts, or permanently banning accounts that violate our rules.
We cannot guarantee that all harmful or inappropriate content will be removed, but we will take reasonable steps to respond to valid reports and maintain a safe environment.
The Service includes virtual items such as "gems", "super likes", "bulk likes", and rewards obtained through daily check-ins, challenges, or other activities (collectively, "Virtual Items").
You understand and agree that:
• Virtual Items have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Virtual Items are personal, limited, revocable licenses granted to you for use within Zupp only.
• We may change the ways Virtual Items are earned, used, or priced at any time.
We may offer Virtual Items for purchase using real money (in-app purchases). All such purchases are processed through the app store (e.g., Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms and policies.
Except where required by law, **all purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable**.
You can purchase gems and other Virtual Items through the app using the payment methods offered by the app store (such as Google Play). When you make a purchase:
• You authorize the app store to charge your chosen payment method.
• Prices, taxes, and billing terms are provided by the app store and may vary by region.
• We do not collect or store your full payment card details; those are handled by the app store.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel purchases if we suspect fraud, misuse, or an error in pricing or configuration. If a purchase is reversed or refunded by the app store, we may remove the corresponding Virtual Items from your account.
If you have questions or issues with billing, you should first contact the app store's support. You can also contact us at zuppfriends.app@proton.me and we will do our best to help.
Zupp may display advertisements, including rewarded ads that allow you to earn Virtual Items after watching an ad.
We do not control all third-party ads and are not responsible for the content of ads shown by ad networks. If you see an ad that you believe is inappropriate, you can report it to us and we will review it.
Rewarded ads may not always be available, and we do not guarantee that watching an ad will always result in a reward (for example, if the ad fails to complete or the ad network returns an error).
Your use of Zupp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Please read the Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, you should not use the Service.
Zupp may allow you to share or display usernames or content related to other platforms (such as Snapchat), and may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party services, their content, or their policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Zupp is not affiliated with or endorsed by Snap Inc., Snapchat, or any other third-party platform mentioned in the app. "Snapchat" is a trademark of Snap Inc.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by Zupp or its licensors. This includes the app's design, logo, text, graphics, images, software, and other materials.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Service, nor may you use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zupp at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you:
• Violated these Terms or our community rules.
• Engaged in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Created risk or possible legal exposure for us or other users.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app, or by contacting us at zuppfriends.app@proton.me.
If your account is terminated or you delete your account, you understand that you will lose access to your profile, messages, and any Virtual Items associated with your account, except where we are required by law to retain certain data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUPP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components, or that any content will be accurate or complete.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUPP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) A REASONABLE STATUTORY MINIMUM ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zupp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, disputes, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your use of the Service,
• Your User Content, or
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (for example, inside the app).
If you continue using the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tunis, Tunisia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
